Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 Bratwursts
  • 4 –5 potatoes pre-cooked for best crispiness
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Butter + oil
  • Salt pepper, paprika
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Parboil potatoes until just tender, then let cool and slice.
  2. Fry potato slices in oil + butter until crispy.
  3. Add onions and sauté until they become golden-brown.
  4. Slice Bratwursts into coins and add to the pan.
  5. Fry until everything gains colour.
  6. Season generously with paprika, salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
