Established near the Cologne Cathedral over 300 years ago, what began as a small butchery has grown into a respected and influential player in the food industry. Our Products
At The Sausage Haüs, we offer a premium selection of authentic German sausages. For example our Pork Hot Dog features 84% pork, beechwood-smoked with bacon, and has a distinctive red color. The Bratwurst is a herby, white sausage, Germany’s best-seller since the 1300s. The Bacon Frankfurter and Cheese Frankfurter are beechwood-smoked, with added bacon and Emmental cheese, respectively. Lastly, our Chilli Beef Frankfurter is a spicy beef sausage with 88% beef. All are pre-cooked, vacuum-packed, frozen, and free from MSG, offering convenience and exceptional flavor
