Preparation Instructions:
- Steam Oven: Heat at maximum temperature with full steam for 10-15 minutes until the core temperature reaches 70°C for two minutes.
- Bain-Marie: Place in a lightly salted water bath at 75°C (do not boil) and heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and heated through.
- Griddle: Preheat griddle to medium-high heat and cook sausages for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and heated thoroughly.

- Pack Size: 10 sausages per pack, in both 100g and 150g options.
- Total Weight per Pack: 1.0 or 1.5kg

- Storage: Store at or below -18°C. Shelf life: 270 days.
After defrosting, use within 1 week or 3 days once the package is opened, whichever occurs first.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
