Preparation Instructions:
- Frying Pan/Griddle: Fry over medium heat (approx. 200°C – 220°C) for about 10 minutes on each side until golden brown and thoroughly heated.
- Steam Oven: Heat at full steam with maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes until the core temperature reaches 70°C for at least two minutes.
- Bain-Marie: Place in lightly salted water heated to 75°C (do not boil) and heat for about 20 minutes.
