Nuremberger Bratwurst 10 × 25g: Traditional Miniature German Sausages for Wholesale and Catering
Our Nuremberger Bratwurst is a traditional miniature German-style pork sausage with the distinctive pale appearance, fine texture and aromatic marjoram seasoning associated with this celebrated regional speciality.
Each sausage weighs approximately 25g and measures around 8cm, making it considerably smaller than a standard bratwurst. Its compact format allows it to cook quickly while developing an appetising golden-brown exterior and a juicy, finely textured centre.
Packed as 10 individual sausages with a total weight of 250g, the product offers straightforward portion control and flexible preparation for pubs, cafés, caterers, event traders and hospitality operators. Serve several sausages as part of a full English breakfast, create a traditional German platter with sauerkraut and mustard, or place three in a crusty bread roll for a compact street-food serving inspired by the Franconian Drei im Weggla tradition.
Supplied frozen for practical stock management, the sausages can be prepared to order on a grill, griddle or frying pan. Their small size supports rapid service and makes them particularly useful for breakfast menus, buffets, sharing boards and high-volume catering.
