Preparation Instructions:
- Steam Oven: Full steam at maximum temperature for 10–15 minutes until core temperature reaches 70°C for two minutes.
- Bain-Marie: Heat lightly salted water to 75°C (do not boil), then add the sausage and heat for about 20 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and heated through.
- Griddle: Preheat griddle to medium-high heat and cook sausages for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and heated thoroughly.

- Storage: Store at or below -18°C. Shelf life: 270 days.
After defrosting, use within 1 week or 3 days once the package is opened, whichever occurs first.
